We continue to take a stand for your health and well being in Chester County. We want to let you know that any COVID Protocol changes happening in our office will be documented on this page.

What to expect with your
Dental Visit
  • When you arrive at our office parking lot, we ask that you give us a call to let us know you have arrived

  • We ask that you please put a mask or a scarf over your nose and mouth, even if you have had your COVID-19 vaccinations

  • We will come out and take your temperature to make sure it is below 100.4 °F [38 °C] (During our screening processes if your temperature is above 100.4 °F we are going to delay your treatment and ask you to see your personal physician)

  • We will then escort you into our office and ask you to use hand sanitizer or to wash your hands.

  • If you are a new patient, our new patient registration forms are also on our web-site.

  • We will then take you directly into the treatment rooms. We are not having anyone use our waiting room at this time.

  • What you may notice when you see us now - we are going to have additional PPE (personal protective equipment).  Each Provider is going to have upgraded masks, face-shields that is going to protect you and us from the COVID-19 outbreak

  • We will also be wearing disposable gowns on top of scrubs. We will have more things on than we have had in the past and that is for protecting you and us

  • We are going to have you do a rinse (hydrogen peroxide) for one minute to reduce any viral loads in your mouth

  • After your visit, we please ask of you to call us or inform us if you experience any COVID-19 symptoms within the next 14 days of your visit.

What are we doing to keep our patients and everyone safe?
  • We disinfect all areas of the treatment rooms after every patient with medical grade disinfectant, as we have always done.

  • Our instruments are sterilized after each patient, as we have always done.

  • Personal protective equipment(PPE) including all gloves, barriers, and the patient bibs, etc, are disposed after every patient as per CDC and OSHA guidelines as we have always done.

  • We have now removed all magazines/books/toys from our waiting room for the time being.

  • The waiting room and the door knobs throughout the office are disinfected several times throughout the day.

  • Patients will now have the option to wait for their appointment in their cars if they prefer not to sit in the waiting room and will be called when we are ready to seat them

  • As with any illness, any of our staff showing any symptoms of illness will be asked to stay at home.

  • Should a staff member have a member of their household test positive for  COVID-19 they will be put on medical leave as they undergo quarantine.

  • For the safety of our team and to keep risk as low as possible while still providing care we will be asking patients to do an antimicrobial rinse at the start of their appointment per the suggestion of the American Dental Association.

  • Additional measures are also being taken to decrease risk of aerosolized particles in treatment. We have installed medical grade air purifiers as well.

  • We will be inquiring how you are feeling on the day of the visit and a pre-visit questionnaire regarding recent travel and history of illness will be enacted

We are rescheduling appointments for those with any flu like symptoms 2 weeks out or more based on scheduling demands.

If anyone in your household has or recently has had fever, we also ask that you please reschedule your appointment(s) until everyone is fever free without medication.
