Bi-Annual Teeth Whitening Drawing
To make your experience with us more rewarding and exciting: every six months, we conduct a prize drawing among all current patients in the practice for free professional strength take-home teeth whitening prize. Current patients are defined as active patients in our practice with a history of two periodic checkup & cleaning visits in the past 12 months. Our next drawings are scheduled as: Toothache visits do not count as regular checkup visits.
Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail.
